Hello!
I was a regular DD poster way back in 2004-2009(ish) on another account. I decided to make a new account because it's been a long time, and both I and my art have grown up quite a bit. I've spent the last 5 years or so focusing on my career and personal life, and now that my life has stabilized (as much as life does), I have been itching to get back into comics. And so here I am!
Outside of comics, I am a musician and music teacher, as well as an administrator in music education. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I grew up, with my boyfriend and our cat. Our house is full of dinosaurs and legos and music and baked goods, and it's pretty great. I love to read, bake, and go running.
Given all the other things going on in my life, and my general work week being 6 days, I plan to update whatever comic I happen to be working on at a consistent, but not too ambitious rate. I will be taking chapter breaks as an opportunity to build up buffers.
I am currently in the process of writing and editing a long form comic which I hope to start drawing in the next several months. At the moment, I'm posting a 25 page comic (the Accidental Space Explorer) that was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend this year.
